Give OUT Day
On April 18, come together and show your support to the fabulous nonprofits serving the LGBTQ community! Give OUT Day is a 24-hour online fundraising event that helps LGBTQ nonprofits raise the critical funds they need to fulfill their missions. It is the only national day of giving for the LGBTQ community and supports a vast array of organizations dedicated to essential services and advocacy.
Contributions to Aunt Lute help us continue giving a platform to support the work of exciting and emerging LGBTQ writers. This Give OUT Day, donate and join our mission to elevate traditionally marginalized voices and change narratives.

AWP
This year, Aunt Lute Books tabled at AWP19 (The Association of Writers and Writing Programs), held in Portland, OR! We tabled with our distributor, Small Press Distribution. It was wonderful to meet so many new and familiar faces, and to see what Aunt Lute authors were up to:
Thanks to all the Aunt Lute authors who dropped by our booth to say hello, including Juliana Delgado Lopera, Jo Scott-Coe , Nancy Agabian , Tanzila Ahmed , Devi S Laskar, and more! Also, thanks to the MFA student who dropped by to talk shop about queer Latinx literature with Maya, and who grabbed as many copies of Imaniman and Cuéntamelo as they could carry--moments like this remind us why we table :)
